Location: East Ham, London, Permanent Salary: £27,000 basic + Uncapped OTE £40,000 – £50,000 (Strong Commission Structure)

We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Valuer who’s ready to bring energy, initiative and knowledge to our growing team . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out in the community, taking initiative, and making things happen .
A Day in the Life at Easymove
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors and landlords
- Generating new and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up
- Winning new instructions for both sales and lettings
- Marketing properties across digital platforms and in-branch
- Preparing property brochures with professional photos and compelling descriptions
- Hosting property viewings and managing negotiations
- Completing contracts and progressing deals from offer to close
- Upselling relevant services and products where appropriate
- Canvassing the local area to uncover new opportunities
- Engaging in door knocking and leaflet drops as part of your prospecting strategy
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Experience as an estate agent, ideally with listing/valuation experience
- A full UK manual driving licence
- Drive and ambition to take your career to the next level
- A team spirit and willingness to lead by example
- A track record of outstanding customer service
- Confidence on the phone and in person
- Strong attention to detail in listings, contracts, and communication
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/property platforms
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset – you’re someone who gets things done
