Referral Reward Terms & Conditions
A £300 referral reward may be payable when an existing or previous Easymove client refers a new landlord, property owner, or seller who becomes a qualifying Easymove client.
To qualify, the referrer must be an existing or previous Easymove client. The referral must be submitted to Easymove before the referred person contacts us, instructs us, signs any agreement, or enters into active discussions with our team.
The referred person must not already be known to Easymove or recorded as an existing lead, landlord, seller, applicant, or client at the time the referral is made.
For Guaranteed Rent, lettings, or property management referrals, the referral reward will usually become payable once the referred property has been onboarded and the agreement has started.
For sales referrals, the referral reward will usually become payable after completion of the sale and once Easymove has received its fee.
Only one referral reward is payable per referred client or property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Referral rewards are not payable for tenant referrals, general property enquiries, duplicated referrals, existing leads, or referrals made after the referred person has already contacted Easymove.
Easymove reserves the right to refuse, amend, or withdraw a referral reward where the referral is incomplete, duplicated, disputed, fraudulent, or does not meet the qualifying criteria.
Easymove’s decision on referral eligibility is final.
