Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Job Description

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our small team in our East Ham office. In return, you will be joining a friendly team, have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, and access to great opportunities for personal development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and signing up new tenants
  • Dealing with vendor and landlord enquiries
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Agreeing offers on properties for Sales and Lettings
  • Progressing Sales and Lets to completion
  • Generating new valuation opportunities

About You

The ideal applicant will:

  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Have a full UK manual driving license
  • Be target driven and ambitious, whilst maintaining high standards of practice
  • Be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be a clear communicator with strong client-facing and telephone skills

What We Offer

We will offer the following:

  • Salary & Commission: Basic salary between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience), Uncapped Commission with OTE’s between £30,000 - £40,000+
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Fridays 09:00am to 6:00pm. Saturdays 09:30am to 5:00pm will be required, with one day off during the week
  • Training: Induction programme and Training for all aspects of the role
