Location: East Ham, London, Permanent Salary: £27,000 basic + Uncapped OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (Strong Commission Structure)

We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Valuer who’s ready to bring energy, initiative and knowledge to our growing team . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out in the community, taking initiative, and making things happen .

A Day in the Life at Easymove

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors and landlords
• Generating new and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up
• Winning new instructions for both sales and lettings
• Marketing properties across digital platforms and in-branch
• Preparing property brochures with professional photos and compelling descriptions
• Hosting property viewings and managing negotiations
• Completing contracts and progressing deals from offer to close
• Upselling relevant services and products where appropriate
• Canvassing the local area to uncover new opportunities
• Engaging in door knocking and leaflet drops as part of your prospecting strategy

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Experience as an estate agent, ideally with listing/valuation experience
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Drive and ambition to take your career to the next level
• A team spirit and willingness to lead by example
• A track record of outstanding customer service
• Confidence on the phone and in person
• Strong attention to detail in listings, contracts, and communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/property platforms
• A self-motivated, proactive mindset – you're someone who gets things done

• Financials: £27,000 basic salary with an uncapped commission scheme yielding an OTE of £40,000+
