What Is An EPC?

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) measures the energy efficiency of a property.

Currently, most rental properties require a minimum EPC rating of E to be legally let, however future legislation and proposed changes may increase minimum standards over time.

Due to anticipated changes expected around 2028, Easymove is already encouraging new property acquisitions and management take-ons to work towards achieving a minimum EPC rating of C where possible.
