What Should I Do In A Leak Or Flood Emergency?

If safe to do so, tenants should:

  • isolate the water supply where possible
  • contain leaks safely
  • avoid unsafe electrics
  • report the issue immediately
  • contact emergency services if there is immediate danger to life or serious flooding

Emergency leaks and flooding issues should be reported as quickly as possible to help minimise damage and safety risks.
